		<description>I would agree if Nigeria just went and signed a deal with Microsoft. That's not the way it happened. Nigeria signed a deal with Mandriva, and they have to follow it. They've just said now that they will still buy the laptops with Mandriva and then install XP over them after. Whatever Microsoft did to make that happen is bullshit, plain and simple.

Bottom line is it hurts the kids they are trying to help.</description>
